ngc 7293

well its my first go at ngc 7293 after waiting for 3 mouth for the clouds to go away. i think i need to push my nikon d90 exps to 20 mins to see if i can get more detail. exps times are 4x10 min and 4x5min iso800 . c&c welcome

Very nice Shane, the tracking is also excellent. Yes longer exposures, or perhaps a higher ISO, will help bring out some more. You have got most of the Helix there, and if your camera isn't modded it may not get a lot more. All the best.

thanks guys. Lester its note modded but i have read the next generation of Nikon cameras are going to have removable filter in front of sensor and more red light sensitive i'm crossing my fingers

thanks ross. this little poor camera is allways being pushed to its limits but never lets me down.
