NGC2014 and Friends
Seeing as everyone is throwing whatever they have at this object, I completed my own version of this some time ago in narrow band, processed in PI and PSCS3. About 16 hrs worth of Ha, SII and OII subs at 20 mins each.

Hi Bart
Lovely colours and work. Now I know what is missing from my recent effort on these objects

LOL! I was feeling rather flippant and thought to reply with "a banana", however; I think a Tak TSA120 and QHY9 would be more appropriate!

Hi Ted, glad you can use it as a reference. I looked long and hard and found very little, especially in wide field and narrow band, so I had to make it up as I went along, as it were.

Nice image, Bart. Was it a 1/10 wavelength banana?

Thank you everyone, I'm glad you like it.
Narrow band is not everyone's cup of tea although it can make for some interesting images revealing different detail to LRGB.

The colours are so nice... it really looks like a piece of art. The 16 hours really paid off.

I must admit that the colour in narrow band is one of the things that attracts me to it and that there are no rules for correct colour.
I am also happy that people are enjoying the image the way it came out in normal(for me) processing.

Replaced image with one that has a few minor tweak including background and saturation.
