Feathertouch stepper pinouts and connection questions

G'day. I've got a Mount Hub Pro that has a stepper controller on board. The connection is a DB9 type. I've also just received a FeatherTouch MSM30 motor to go on my 3" FT focuser. The connector on that is a RJ11 type. Trying to figure out the wiring to connect the 2 together.

I've contacted Hitecastro and while they said that they have had the same question and do have the wiring info, the guy who actually has the info is on leave and they details haven't been sent through yet. Keen to get into it this weekend.

Attached below is the wiring info from the MHP manual showing the DB9 connection. I've also attached a table from the Robofocus manual. I seem to recall reading somewhere that the wiring is the same for the MSM30, but could be wrong on that.

I intend to use a 6 wire telephone type flat cable to connect the two. Just wondering if someone can confirm how to interpret which pin on the DB9 to connect to the RJ11. The DB9 pins are actually numbered on the socket, and the 6P6C plug appears to have a standard pin 1 end as well. Just want some assurance.
