There are instructions on how do to this available on the WEB but I have found through trail and error that doing it this way using a star as a light source requires two people otherwise it can be a exercise in futility.
Also when adjusting the screws small turns are required and I mean small, maybe 1/10 of a turn or less of the Allen head screws each time.
However all is not lost, I've found the near perfect alignment with these scopes can be achieved using a Chesire collimator and applying similar rules as applied when collimating a Newt or other RC (using a TAk collimator)

As the primary mirror is fixed and should not be touched all adjustments are to the secondary, collimation can be done on a bench using a Chesire with the tube pointing at a bright wall or light source.
Follow the guidelines for aligning a secondary using a Chesire

and you'll get it nearly spot on and then final tweaking can be done under the stars but remember when doing the final tweaking small adjustments otherwise you'll be back to the bench.
