venus jupiter cres moon and m45 26 march 2012

well i went shopping to get some bread for the lunches and saw that the cloud parted - couldnt miss this so i found a hill and quickly set up my 60D. i paid for it though, the gas hot water service blew up while i was there the extra 10 min......

Nice view David - worth the effort of stopping to capture it. Sorry to hear about the hot water service though!

yeah had to turn off the water and gas - will get someone in the morning. in the meantime hows this

Great stuff David... I was at the train station and a bit limited with my views... couldn't snag M45.

i will be honest Tony i set level and framed on the moon (the level sensor in the 60D is wonderful) then i noticed M45 to the right after i had taken a few shots

I didn't get a chance to image the event, I was returning home and only had my iPod camera.
