102mm ED Refractor

I am selling a Saxon 102mm ED Refractor, complete with 8x 50 Finder, three ED Eyepieces and with a Equatorial mount.
A telescope that is easy to set up and gives wonderful views of the planets and Moon!
Priced to sell at $850.00.

Cheers,

Glenn

Hi Glenn,

Can you please give the Model number? And would you be willing to sell to Melbourne?

Does the mount take an input for auto-guiding?

Cheers,

Yeah, got one already. It totally struggles to move my 4" F/5 and a camera.

I dissagree , I had a Celestron C102HD on an eq3 for many years and it handlled it with ease ( a nice set up , too ) , and that was a f/10 , not a slightly shorter and lighter f/9 OTA like the ED102 here .
Yours might be a dud? there Cam? if it is strugling with a heaps shorter and lighter scope, even with a camera attached .
Makes me wonder .
This set up should be very good as a visual set up .

Sorry mate , did not mean to offend .
If AP is your thing go for an Ioptron iEQ45 like I have , an awsome well priced mount , these will hold your scope and this 102 ED really easily . .and the software is so easy to use, makes them a breeze to set up and use.

Are you sure its ED102? I thought there is only the ED80, ED100 & ED120.
I can find a Saxon that is 102 but its not ED

Photo of the front cell would clarify the situation...

Photo's in general would aid in selling ... but I'm talking strictly from a marketing point of view...
