Jupiter, Mars and Saturn 3rd Dec UT + 2 seas

Did some imaging last night and this morning. Last night's Jupiter was in average seeing. Mars was in very good seeing and Saturn was in good seeing for the altitude it was at. Also I did a colour image of the boundary between the Seas of Tranquility and Serenity.

EOS 600D + 5x Powermate + 12" Sky-Watcher Goto Dobsonian. Mars with the seeing had an additional 2x and 1.4x teleconverters.

Thanks for looking,

Tom

A very nice display Tom Mars is a beauty
I was out this morning myself but had technical difficulties and the seeing was real rubbish, so I ended with nothing

very nice collection Tom, particularly Mars. How do you handle the differential dispersion at low angles? Regards Ray

Hi Ray,

I use Registax's RGB align which works fairly well. Here is the non-aligned stacked images and raw video frames.
