Jupiter tonight (29th Dec)

I am still learning how to improve my imaging using the Canon EOS 550D with two 1.4x teleconverters at prime focus in movie mode on the Sky Watcher 12" Dobsonian.

Here is tonight's effort (clear skies in Brisbane!) using about 500 frames with the Great Red Spot (finally!) and Io beginning a transit.

Cheers,

Tom

Nice work Tom, looking good, Io came up quite well. A top effort for the equipment used.

Regards
Trevor
