Crescent Venus and friends, 25 April 09

Hi All,

I was out early this morning having a look at Jupiter and the crescent Venus, and had another go at a hand-held afocal image of Venus, which I've superimposed one a wider-field shot. I'm happy enough with this result. Hope you like it.

I could hear a distant rendition of The Last Post as I was taking these shots. Made me stop and reflect for a few minutes.

Cheers,
Stephen

Hi Stephen

Nice work – again! It seems you have cornered the “early to rise” photo market for picturesque pairing and terrific triplings!

Cheers

Dennis

Thanks Dennis, h0ughy, David and Kev.

It's definately worth getting up early for a look at the sky at the moment.

Cheers,
Stephen
