12.5" quality Conical mirror Newtonian optics.

Selling 12.5" f6 Newtonian optics--mirror , diagonal secondary , and secondary holder and spider.

**The Mirror is a 12.5" f6 Rob Royce serial number 207 conical mirror .Weight 5.3kgs www.rfroyce.com/conical
**ProtoStar ULS quartz 54mm secondary www.fpiprotostar.com/quartz.htm
**ProtoStar 3 vane secondary spider and holder www.fpi-protostar.com/s3vmnts.htm

The mirror is mounted in the a solid adjustable aluminium cell with 25mm distance adjustment.
In this cell once adjusted the mirror won't loose collimation.

The optics are around 4 years old and total new price for all the above is bit over $2000 U.S.

Asking $1045 AUS Interstate possible ?? with freight extra.

If anyone wanted to build a kick-ass planetary scope, or even an ultralight portable dob with premium optics, this might be a good place to start.

I think its more a reflection of the demographic of IIS members. Technically when times are tough, we should turn to our creativity and resourcefullness to build up equipment that would be unaffordable otherwise
