Lysterfield lake

Hi,
I thought I'd try some photos at the local lake on a still night. It was only 9:30pm, so I'll have another go when it is much darker and not a Sunday night!
Canon 6D, Samyang 14mm f2.8.
Thx for looking.

Browsing through some of the posts I missed, I spotted yours.

I tried some night shots out at Lysterfield when I lived in Melbourne. Heres an example http://www.iceinspace.com.au/forum/s...d.php?t=106215 but that only works when the milky way is rising in the east.

Nice shots.

I live about 5 mins from Lysterfield Park - might have to give it a try for some night shots.

Hey Matt, any other good spots you know about around Melbourne?
P.s. nice picture.
P.s.s. my picts here are way too cool on the white balance, I can change them but I'll just go back instead when its darker with less moon and get some new ones.

Not really any other places around apart from heading to the Cape. I find the moon seems to trick the camera to have a cooler image.
