Triton Animation

Since the 30/07/06 I've been collecting images of Uranus and Neptune with my 300D through the ED80. I have been trying to image at least every second or third night. After seeing Dennis' awesome images of the moons of Uranus and of Triton around Neptune, I checked my images to see if any of these moons were visible.

The outcome of this search is the attached animation. It shows the motion of Triton around Neptune from the period 30/7 - 19/8. I will continue capturing images and refine my technique so that the next animation is clearer.

Thanks for you support guys. Now that I know what can be achieved with modest equipment I am going to work towards getting greater definition and a clearer outcome.
