NGC1760-1769-1773 in the LMC.

Well this ones a tuffy with an unmodded camera!!

It's a lovely rich field with star clusters and nebulae in the field.
I Played around a lot trying to bring out the reds.

5 and 8 minute subs. ISO 1600, 3.5 hours

Equipment used.
8” F/4 astrograph , baader type coma corrector,. HEQ Pro 5 mount, orion mini guider.
Camera.
Unmodded Cannon 1100D.
Stacked in Deep Sky Stacker.
Processed in Photoshop 7.

Superb image.

You've got a glob on the left, an open cluster on the right, the main object in the middle and that nice yellow bright star up top. Wonderful framing and composition and a nice range of colours.

That's superb, Justin! Don't forget poor ol' NGC 1763

I think this target is actually more attractive with an unmodded spectrum because you get the lovely blue nebs that would otherwise be washed out by the Ha.
