AOK AYO Alt/ Az with NEXUS

Hi All,
Here some images of my AOK Swiss AYO II mount and the mechanical integration of the NEXUS WIFI DSC with the help of a small aluminium plate and a bicycle spoke. The AYO II has integrated Encoders.
Display and via iPod touch or iPad and SkySafari.
Also shown my 100mm f6 Refractor and 150mm Maksutov together on the AYO, gives some indication of size.

Hi Peter,
I am planning to get an AOK Swiss AYO11 mount, I live in Switzerland.
Does the encoder cable have an RJ45 connector which just plugs into the Nexus WIFI DSC?
Would it work with the new Nexus S?
I have a Nexus 7 tablet, which I hope to use if I can find a suitable planetarium program.
Thanks for any advice
Tom

Rj45

Hi Tom,
in the 5th image you can see the connector plugged into the Nexus.
The cable is actually fixed attached to the AYO en enters the AYO through a rubber grommet.
