Here is a Word 2000 document I wrote a few years ago ,which lists and explains a number of Astronomical Object catalogs that catalog
multiple groups & clusters of galaxies.
A lot of astronomers want to know which group or cluster a particular galaxy belongs to, and they also want to find some information about the size, richness, and properties of the particular group or cluster of galaxies. In general, it adds value to learn something about the environment of a galaxy of interest.
This document explains which of the
many existing "catalogs of galaxy groups" are the most useful catalogs for satisfying general information requests made by amateur astronomers and beginning professional astronomers.
If you decide you are interested in one of these catalogs, I can assist you with finding the data.(if you need assistance)
cheers, mad galaxy man
