Fits files opening as grey scale in Pixinsight

For the last week all my old lights subs are opening in Pixinsight as greyscale 1:1 yet previously as RGB filename_!<new>. This stops me reprocessing old lights in Pix. Has anyone had this problem in the past and how was it corrected?
