300D Exposure Program

Hi All,
There is a Free program that controls the exposure time ,
including bulb, using just the provided usb cable, I dont know the
name but I was told it is available on the canon site, I have had a
look there but am unable to find any thing..........it basicaly
controls all aspects of the camera from a pc, can any one help me find
this program BTW I will be using it for Astro photography.
