Milky Way, Eta Carina and LMC

Hi all,

Here's a nice shot from the weekend. The JPG has come up a little darker than intended but still probably OK.

Fuji X-E2, 18 x 30 seconds @ 6400ISO

DSS stacking after export from Lightroom, DBE in PI and photoshop processing. The Fuji picks up a lot more colour than the Canon 6D I'm finding.

Larger: http://astrophotography.com.au/wordp...400ISO-30s.jpg

Regards,
Roger.

Very nice, but you have to flip it. It is a mirror image.

Nice one Roger I'm finding more colour in my shots too, compared with my Canon.

Very nice Roger. Which lens did you use? The 18-55 at 18mm?

Greg.

Thanks I've bought a T-ring now, when it arrives (couple of weeks) I'll be interested to try some long exposures through my refractor to get a good comparison to my Canon on deeps sky objects and how colour behaves.

Thanks 27mm f/2.8 Pancake. Currently the only Fuji lens I own. No noticable degredation in the corners, I'm quite impressed.
