Ngc 4945

NGC 4945 in bortle 5. I'm happy with the level of detail given I only have 5 hours of data.

Celestron C8 on a AM5 mount, Player-one Poseidon-C at 0 gain, 0 Degrees and UVIR filter. 101 x 180 second subs

There is a mottled pattern in the dark areas but this is an artifact of the high compression needed to post here.

I welcome any suggestions on how to improve.

Chris

Detail looks amazing mate! Especially for 5hrs!

You've done incredibly well to get it the the surface spiral shape start to appear in such short time.

To my eyes, there is a slight colour cast in the background (which may well be brought on by compression), but you can take that with a grain of salt because I'm colour blind... so maybe I have no idea what I'm talkin about!

Good job!
