Fire and Sun Feb 6th

The Sun as it appeared through smoke from the bushfires in Victoria on Feb 6th at 7.30 pm (still daylight hours). I used a Canon 550d with no filters, 300mm lens at 1/500 sec at f8. This is the way the Sun appeared with the naked eye. The smoke was so thick I could not see buildings or nearby hills. The tree was left in the corner to give some perspective. At times the Sun was completely blocked out by the smoke. Thanks for viewing.
