I think you mean LED for Light Emitting Diode. LCD stands for Liquid Crystal Display.
Are you visual or photo? A good quality UHC and line filter (e.g. O-III) are your best option for visual. I'm not into photo so perhaps others can advise.
I image under adverse conditions in Sydney, Bortle 7/8 and neighbours floods washing across my yard most nights
I’ve found that Bunnings tarps and a few Occy or bungee straps strung up around my rig does help to some degree especially when imaging OSC RGB during the new moon period
When imaging in Narrowband , the tarps still help as well
If your primarily doing visual , I feel your pain , I don’t observe anymore in suburban Sydney
Not really an answer to your question but light spill from Neighbour is technically not permitted and your council can make your neighbour’s stop doing that.
I wish they‘d use LED‘s with a specific wavelength, so we can get a filter to be rid of it. But I guess there is not enough lobbying happening as yet.
As for imaging, I found a dual narrow band filter on a modded DSLR to be very effective. Unmodded, has become very hard from suburban locations.
Clear Skies!
