Hi All,
I am located in Alice Springs and generally into nightscape photography. Dark skies here are not a problem and I am spoilt for locations. Generally speaking I rarely have oworry about cloudy nights so I can plan my night shoots weeks in advance.
Anyway I joined the forum to get some ideas and tips and tricks, I believe I will be investing in a tracking mount very soon bt currently I do single exposure images.
About 7 years ago I got into stacking images usinf Deepsky Stacker to produce the final image but to be honest DS takes forever to process an image on my machine. However I was put on to Sequator and I processed some of my old stacked images and I was impressed at the speed of processing from Sequator so I will probably start using that more regularly.
Anyway just thought I would introduce myself and although I probabl wont be the most active person on the forums I will take the time to admire peoples images and ask questions occasionally.
