Camera control software?

What camera control software do you use, at the moment I'm using APT but I have now got a Zwo camera and was wondering if there's something better to use with a dedicated astro camera?

A fair number of people use Sequence Generator Pro with the ASI1600. I have used it a fair bit recently but prefer MaximDL personally.

for deep sky imaging or for planetary? if its for planetary you might want to consider Firecapture (its free)

What are you missing from APT? It's got a lot of features.

I am using SGP with my ASI1600MM-C and it works great. SGP does everything, manages the filter swaps, controls your focuser, guiding, and mount if you wish, and it cost way less than MaximDl. Jared at SGP worked closely with Sam at ZWO during the ASI1600 beta testing to make sure there were no issues with compatibility with SGP. The ease of setup of your imaging run sequence, the camera cooling and warm up functions integrated in your run, and the ability to run for hours unattended are really impressive.. Highly recommended for the price.
Btw i tried APT and Nebulosity but prefer SGP.
