To collect the vast and extensive knowledge of members in who grace this site, why not create a wiki so they can collectively contribute to documents such as reviews etc. Document content can be voted/ratified by the community before it is "frozen" or published. Would probably make your job easier Mike.

Yep Wiki is on the list and it's (kind of) done. I put it on the "it can wait list".
If you click on "archive" at the bottom of this page, you will see a text-only version of the forums. Which has a PDA link in the top right corner. Is that what you're after?
