A Rose of Astronomical proportions

2 different renditions of the NGC-2244 Rosette nebula.
First is HOO and second is Simulated SHO (poor man's Hubble pallet).
Captured from my backyard in Suburban Melbourne, Bortle 5/6 sky.

Equipment
Telescope: GSO 8" F5 Newtonian 1000mm FL
Main cam: QHY294c
Filter: Optolong L-extreme
Guide scope: 80-400 Acromat
Guide cam: zwo ASI120Mc-s
Focusser: Zwo EAF
Mount: Azeq6-gt on permanent pier

Image acquisition details:
33x300s @unity gain -10c
Calibration frames-darks,flats, flatdarks, biase

Processing softwares:
DSS, GIMP, Starnet, PS

thanks you. yes i must get sii filter. trying to simulate the SHO felt so dodgy and gave me the cringe hahaha. Sii filter next on my purchase list

haha cheers mate, but half the time i dont even know what i am doing. as i am still learning the processing side of thigs, i dont have much of a set workflow. i just try different things until one of them works

The Red/Blue version has strong visual appeal, but I suspect too much NR has smoothed the subtle details into painterly waves.
Have you tried Topaz NR?

spot on. i did a lot of selectively masked NR and as a result lost some details in some areas. i havnt tried Topaz yet. i have alot to learn

You have some really good data here Waqar but it's over smoothed and a lot of stars are missing. Good data requires minimal processing. Your starfield looks good too and your stellar profiles also so I wouldn't use starnet++ to remove them. Also stay away from Topaz NR or any AI related software as it'll mangle your data further. I would try to reprocess them as a whole while keeping the stars in and focus on details and stellar profile. You probably have a diamond in the rough here.

It's all part of the fun. You have nailed the data acquisition IMHO so it should be relatively easy to get some superb pictures without all the lipstick. Keep it simple. Less is more.
