Anyone with experience with Lightroom?

I just got a Lightroom 4 to help with my time lapses.

First thing I find is the develop module does not work on videos - ouch.

Next thing it does not export in .mov format - double ouch!

I was using Nikon Movie editor to assemble various time lapses together and it does not read mp4 !

I think there is free conversion from mp4 to .mov format online but I wonder if there is a work around.

Greg.

Ah sorted it out!

Adobe has these fabulous video tutorials. All the questions are answered and there are solutions for all those problems.

It looks very good now.

Yes, LR4 has a little more video editing support. I looooove LR. Pretty much use it and rarely PS these days.

Timelapses - are you using and/or have you come across LightRoom Timelapse? Works great. I was using the v1.9.4 version (free or small donation). I see v2 is out but has gone commercial. Still, might consider paying.

Love LR as well, its great for timelapse Using 3.4 atm, there was a great page done a while back with some custom HD templates. Just praying they get to GPU acceleration sooner or later

Troy it says there's a 400 image limit with free, lol that's only ~15 secs?

Hmm. Must've changed? I'll be upgrading to paid v2 next time I get a chance to do one.
