USB-Cat5-USB cabling solutions

I thought I might share the results of my attempts to run cable from the mount to the computer using USB/Ethernet adapters.
You buy (eBay is a good place) a pair of these adapters that take the USB and provide an ethernet (RJ45) connector and reverses the process at the computer end. So far I've only run the Vat5 patch cables 10 metres and have not had a hitch.

I find ethernet cable a lot easier to deal with at the scope end, lighter, more flexible and easier to strap, tie, bundle, etc to avoid tangles and snares.

I'll post pics if anyone wants them

Peter
