Get every person you know to buy one. Once you buy one, you get an opportunity to log feedback on the product/seller.
With adequate safeguards in place, place the product in your scope, and let it run under full sunlight until it cracks.
Post photos in Ebay complaints, and give 0-1 stars in your review, with statements including keywords such as "my eyes!!", "My 4yr old", My "Neightbour's cat", "Current Affairs show", "local MP", "Lawyer", etc
Manufacture a tragedy they can't sweep under the carpet
. The seller cares about nothing but their rating. Ebay cares about nothing but staying out of the news. Deny them both their wish.
Whether one agrees with the actual examples or not, there are many precedents of items Ebay have banned from sale.
