Congratulations gliderdog (Peter), you're our winner for April and what a cracker of an image, well done.

Well done also to our runner-ups, Regulus and Redshift13.

A big thank you to all who took part and for the voters too.

Peter you get to choose our topic for May.

Regards
PC

Congrats on the win gliderdog, a very nice capture - definitely the "pic" of the bunch (bad pun intended...)
First ever entry for me and I got third... happy with that! :-)

Great winning shot Peter, and your timing for this shot has captured the theme brilliantly.
Well done to you and all the other entries too.

Thank you Rick and ....everybody got votes!!

I know sometimes photography can be a bit of a solitary hobby and I can bet most (or all) of you fellow astronomers have at one time thought "I wish someone else could see what I can see right now" but when I took this photo I was lucky to share the experience with my brother. A stunning double rainbow, golden hour in crisp country air and dodging rain....Awesome!
