WinJupos - any luck / tips for moons

Hi everyone,

With this weather was just going over some old Jupiter data. i never had much luck in derotating when there was an eclipse on Jupiter or a moon transiting. Has anyone got any tips for success for either of these occurances?

Cheers

Russ

edit
left image is a combo of 3-4 data sets, and the right one is a lot more data sets - not much success for either
