FREE: 2 items: 114mm Newt & EQ3 - with catch...
Hi all,
1, I have a Tasco 114mm X 900mm Newt to give away. Has a red dot finder, tube ring with dovetail plate and a couple of eyepieces. Mirrors are in good nick, though tube has a couple of tiny scuffs. This Newt is a perfect candidate to make a dobbie mount for! I've made plenty of dob mounts for such scopes. FREE
2, EQ3 with tripod, slow motion controls & counterweight bar, but NO counterweights. Mount is not new but it works just fine. FREE
This mount is not the crappy eq1 that this scope typically comes with. It is a damn fine mount for such a scope.
CATCH - have to demonstrate to me that it is going to a good home without a scope! Your only investment will be in a counterweight or two.
Items are in Maroubra in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs, and pick up only.
