Gosse Bluff - A sizeable Impact Crater

Out west of Alice Springs can be found Gosse Bluff which is the remains of a large impact crater caused by an asteroid or comet approximately 142.5 ± 0.8 million years ago. You can drive into the crater but this image is of the overall size of it.

Shot using a Sony A7R2 as a pano with some sharpening and noise reduction in PP.

Thanks Allan, no you can access this with 2 wheel drive, it does get a bit bumpy closer in to the crater entrance though.
