Selling my EQ8 pier tripod as I have my EQ8 mount installed in my observatory and don't really need this item. It is ten years old and has been sitting quietly in my shed for that period of time. Comes with the original footpads for extra stability. Not that you really need the extra feet as the tripod/pier weighs in at just on 30Kg so is very substantial. Makes for a great semi-permanent pier set up.

The best price that I've seen online for the Pier/Tripod is around the $2,100 mark so I'm guessing a good starting point for this one is around the $1,000 mark or near offer.
Clearly due to the weight of the item it is for pick up only or I maybe convinced to meet somewhere within a couple of hours drive. I'm located near Bathurst in the Central West of NSW.
