Yes.. but effect is not THAT significant, so we ~know where light came from. Universe is actually quite empty and masses are very far away from each other.
To see
Einstein's rings, you really have to have a very large instrument (Hubble Telescope, for example).
As to CBM..Universe was once soaked in it.. so it is coming to us from everywhere.
