Shapley1 & VBRC7 from Atacama

Hi everyone !

This picture shows two planetary nebulae in Norma: VBRC7, on the left and Shapley1, on the right.

The Ha structure to the left of VBRC 7 was discovered by the Galactic Planetary Nebula Halo Survey (GPNHS) team in May 2016.
And this picture was asked to us by Sakib Rasool in order to show this structure...

VBRC7 was discovered by Van den Bergh and some others in 1973 and Shapley1 by Shapley in 1936.

Here, you have a link the the informations and to the full size picture (by cliking on the picture): http://www.atacama-photographic-obse...o_EN.php?id=79

Hope you'll enjoy this one

Bye,
Tom
