Horse head in HA

Captured this one the other night after a night of capturing different targets . I was the keen to see how it would look through the lens of the 120. I will be definitely targeting this one later in the year with shorter subs and rotate the camera around to fit the flame nebula into frame.

6 x 10 minute subs in HA
Proceeding with DSS and gimp.

A great image Kuz!

Lots of wonderful detail coming through.
I can see the edge of Alnitak on the left which is so bright, it can wreck everything!

Now to bring in the other filters...

thats unreal is this the full field of the 120 with your camera?

Lovely, Kuz. The Flame and the Horse are both objects worthy of their own images, so after doing an image that contains both, I suggest that you concentrate on getting first class images of each on its own.
