Do I just Turn Updates Off

Hi Guys, After a new installation my updates continually fail to install.

Do I just turn them off, or keep looking for answers.

Thank You Leon

Probably because your internet is crud. They can't download. Leon you will always have issues until they all update. Unfortunately you need them, especially since you use the internet.

I have to ask Leon, what do you use your computer for?
Just web browsing, astronomy imaging, work??

Does it really have to be Windows?

Linux is so simple, virtually virus free (with a few exceptions) and doesn't force download itself. Plus, it looks like Windows if you want it too.

Save yourself some pain Leon. Go Linux Mint or Ubuntu

Thanks David and Todd, I know you are both right, it is just so frustrating.

I have actually found that the updates do download eventually, slowly and also slowly install, however when it come to the configuring windows is where it all falls down, and fails

Thanks Leon
