45P/ Honda – Mrkos - Pajdusakova for 24 February 2017 UT.
Spent quite a bit of time processing this image, just to give it some appeal. 45P is really quite featureless, the dust tail is quite broad and extends beyond the edge of the frame. I have a 255mm F/L image to process that shows more of the tail.

Wonderful , eerie green to me image Justin!

I look at this and it reminds me of the megatons of water these celestial bodies must have brought to this earth ; collisions we had to have!

45P is fading now, it's been a challenge imaging it, I had to do quite a lot of processing to lift whatdetail there is and colour too.
