NGC 3199 the Banana Nebula

37 x 600 second subs under a full moon Bortle 6 skies

ZWO 294mc pro
Optolong L-Ultimate Which I never tried under a full moon till now, considering it was the only clear night for the forseeable future, so at 3nm was a success I think.

Skywatcher Neq6
ZWO Asiair
stacked in Astropixel processor Extracting Ha and O3 ran the light pollution tool.
Processed in Pixinsight using the Foraxx palette for HOO and used the Foraxx stars. which really bring in the colours that the narrowband filter bleaches out.

Nik,
That’s a fine image under a full moon and B6
Since switching to Mono I’ve found that Moon glare really punishes the dedicated 3nm Oiii filter, can’t imagine what it does to a Dualband Oiii component like the L Ultimate.
Well done to extract some nice detail

Cheers
Martin
