Comet 2015 G2 MASTER

Single sub of Comet MASTER. I'm working on a stack but DSS is not playing nice. Anyway, there is some tail visible, but lots of noise.

Keep at it, looks like there is some tail structure there, not just noise I think.

Good to see others trying for this comet.

Kinds regards, Alan.

I've got another 22 subs, just need to stack them. I agree, definitely some tail there.

I have a manual method using ImageJ, if you still have issues locking on to the comet.

regards, Alan.

What's ImageJ? I've managed to get a stack of the stars only with DSS (leaves a fuzzy blob at the central comet position) but that's all. I was going to try and stack the comet and then use a star mask to remove the stars and mask in the comet at it's position. (middle, first, not sure yet).
