The seeing gods decided to reward me for my persistence with Mars last night. Visibility started out terrible and Jupiter and Saturn were throwaway data, but as the wind died down and there was no jetstream Mars just kept improving.

CPC1100 Edge HD, Powermate 2x, Baader UR/IV cut, ZWO ADC, ZWO ASI 224MC, captured in Firecapture, stacked in Autostakkert!3, and processed with The GIMP.

Thanks! I had my eye on the jetstream which was almost non-existent, and the weather forecast showing the wind dying down. Looks like it was right for a change. Tonight's looking good already.
