Combining SHO with IRpass 685 nm

Hi Everyone
Has anyone tried combining IR at 685nm with SHO using a refractor? It’s possible that glass may not converge the 685nm wavelength with visible light? Any thoughts?

I was thinking of ways to introduce a greater colour variety into my images on targets like Carina.
