Hi David, pics as requested. Yes, the etalon filter screws straight into the lens assembly (with the lens hood retracted) however I can't comment on the performance of the system owing to variables such as in/out focus, the system focal ratio, type of eyepieces to be used and such like. I'm sure there will be some information on the net regarding the combination. Cheers.
