I am still cleaning out cupboards and have a Takahashi Camera Angle Adjuster which can be used on FS60CB, FS60Q, FC76DC and FC100DC focusers.

Model is TKA21200
It is not cosmetically perfect, the picture shows a small scuff mark on the silver ring, but it works perfectly well.
