Thinking of selling this scope although admittedly in two minds about it at the moment.
This is a classic 80mm f/5 achromat made in Japan in the '90s. It is very sharp and false colour is well controlled for such a short achromat. The optics are clearly of high quality.
The focuser is smooth and firm with no play or slop. It comes with a 1.25" adapter. Note that while the focuser looks like it might take 2" accessories I don't think you could achieve infinity focus.
The scope has a standard Vixen dovetail base for a finderscope. Included is a the original Vixen wedge-shaped 'peephole' finder (see photo #7) to which has been added a Tele Vue Qwik Point red dot finder.
The scope has a retractable dew shield. This has been flocked and is therefore firm to move. In practice I found it easier to keep it extended.
On the bottom is a 1/4"-20 hole for easy attachment to a camera tripod.
Comes in original box as shown in photos.
Now also includes solid brass replacement focus knobs (see last photo) in addition to the original black plastic ones. [45º diagonal shown in photo not included]
