M42 & HH in 3D

I had a bit of fun with my M42 shot and did a 3D Stereo montage "a la Dylan"

Spent a lot of time doing the star masks, etc... so it's pretty. I did a couple of versions at different sizes. Turned out pretty cool.

They're all cross eyed btw.

Here's a HD version [1920px across - 1.09pMB]
70% version here [3040px across - 2.33MB]

and I thought why not, here's the 1:1 version.

With this one, display it on a large 46" flat screen TV, take a few steps back and hold on to your jocks.

PS: Added Horse head:

1:1 version.

I may have to learn how to do this near trick, looks good once the eyes adapt Don't know about others but my eyes take a while to actually adapt to it. Very fuzzy for the first 20 seconds.

Thanks guys.

I did a portrait orientation instead. Just figured out that I can maximise the effect by using more screen space this way and you can scroll up and down as well without blinking. Just had to offset the heatmap at 90 degrees to achieve the same effect. The result is that you have a more close up picture.
