Apollo V Rocket

Hi Guys is there anyone here that would know where i might be able to buy a Lego NASA Apollo Saturn V Rocket to build.

It needs to be brand new in the sealed box as well

I have a looked around and on E bay but some sound a bit dodgy

Hi Leon

I asked one of the local toy shops and they said that they had a few customers on a waiting list and that they would only get a certain allocation. Possibly whatever they pre-ordered some months back?

They also told me that anybody who missed out would have to wait until September when they get their next batch of orders. I couldn't order in between (at least, if I did I still wouldn't get it until September).

I don't know if Lego are very controlling about their releases, or whether that relates to the ordering policy of certain chains of shops.

Do you have any local toy shops back home that you could phone to get your foot in the door? I haven't made my mind up yet (which is probably going to mean I'll miss out) but they do look like a particularly cool model! And I can pretend I'm buying it for my son too - he like Lego...

Good luck with the hunt.

Cheers,

Chris

Apparently independent Lego sellers (such as Toot Toot Toys) are getting their stock in August.

Amazing kit - very cleverly designed.

lego online says available, my preorder better be on its way to me! I had to make do with a nanoblock version off ebay.

We checked out one on E-Bay and that was it.
However this fellow inquired if we were still interested.
My drear Alice told him in the nicest terms to bugger off at $375.00, when one can order one at $169.99
