Dob to take a supermoon photo - how

I got the Skywatcher 10in dob, Canon 600D and just bought the T42 mount want to try tonight to take a shot of the supermoon.
I have not done this before, any suggestions of the exposures?

I searched for usual DSLR moon photography:
F16
1/100s
ISO100

What if by using the dob?

Its quite easy because the moon is very bright, you just have to set the shutter speed to expose correctly.

You cant change the aperture because your scope is the lens. No need to raise the ISO.
