I had a request to see what a star field looks like through this scope for collimation and optics quality. I have links to an image, uncropped, autoguided, single 1200 second exposure through this scope using an SBIG ST8300C (not the STF), with a dark applied. Taken on 10 September 2017 from my location in NSW, the moon was at 80% illumination (waning gibbous), low local light pollution, no filters. Focus and polar alignment needed some work...but it's close enough.
Apologies for the links, they are too big to post on the forum.
