2" male to male SCT thread adaptor

I have a couple of these in my box BUT they both have that stupid recess groove on the 2" nosepiece and the focuser clamp ring keeps slipping off the shoulder!!!

Has anyone come across a 2" to SCT thread adaptor which has a PLAIN sided body????

Like this:

but without the "safety recess groove"

No probs. I came across these when i added the AP visual back to my LX200 and needed a tube to mount the microfocusser adapter ring to.

Andrew

PS As i sent it via Aust post, and you are technically "in the boonies"
did the damaged PST filter arrive yet ???
